Our Team
Ron Wolf
Founder of ICORR Properties International, Ron has been involved in property management since 1978.
After obtaining an Honours Degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, he brokered financial instruments for a Wall Street investment firm, was an investment real estate sales agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis), and an international loans officer for Bank of America.
Ron holds a Brokers Real Estate License in Florida and is a Past Chairman of the London Regional Art and Historical Museum.

Susanne joined ICORR in 2010 and handles all aspects of leasing for the Florida retail and office properties. She started her real estate career in 1999 and has worked with R.E.I.T.s as well as privately-held office and retail development companies in Denver and Sarasota.
Susanne holds a Broker’s Real Estate License as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) and Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designations. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (FGCAR), the Commercial Investment Division (CID), the Sarasota and Longboat Key Chambers of Commerce, and the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County.

Adam joined ICORR in 2017 and acts as Director of ICORR Properties, overseeing Financials and Property Management operations.
After graduating from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2011, he worked at Ogilvy & Mather in their Digital Advertising group in New York. In 2012 he moved to California to join Google in Mountain View, CA, where he worked as an Account Executive, and later, a Team Lead on their Google AdSense platform for 5 years.
Adam is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida and an active ICSC Member. He has an avid interest in the intersection of Buildings and Energy Efficiencies and has held LEED Certifications.

Susan joined ICORR in 2023 and has more than 20 years of leadership and property management experience with both local and national organizations. As ICORR’s Property Management Division Supervisor, Susan oversees the physical, operational, and financial aspects of the Company’s portfolio of commercial properties.
Susan holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association, and a Specialized Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designation. Susan founded the Nebraska Apartment Association in 2002. Susan is a national speaker/educator presenting at trade shows, conventions, property management firms & associations.
Susan has been part of many successful new construction lease-ups and has an extensive history of transitioning troubled assets into profitable ones.

Priscilla Gomez is an accounting professional with 15 years of experience working in both the private and government sector.
Priscilla has served on the board for multiple non profit organizations in both Colorado and Texas. Priscilla has extensive experience in financial statement analysis, tax preparation, auditing & IT Management.
